If a product is defective or not suitable, contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. Items must be returned with care and accompanied by a note referencing your invoice number, contact details, and reason for return.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

1 - Order is already in production
2 - Specific material was produced or purchased for the order
3 - If the order is ready for dispatch

Shipping

We ship within Ireland and the UK via transport services. Shipping costs are notified prior to dispatch. Orders are shipped once full payment is received.

All prices are displayed and processed in Euro (€).
